ABDUL RAZZAQ versus NISAR ALI

Section 42 Declaration A case has been filed for the plaintiff to show that he owns the underground plot and the defendant was a fraudulent defendant and another case was filed by the deceased's legal heirs. The trial court dismissed, but the deceased's legal heirs were pronounced and the plaintiff was dismissed by the appellate court. The plaintiff accepted the decree previously approved by the appellate court when the defendant completed the original and suit property. The owner was declared when the judgment and order were accepted by the plaintiff. It was overturned to challenge the decision passed in the appeal, and without challenging the judgment and decree passed in favor of the deceased's legal heirs, the plaintiff could not challenge the outcome of the case. A review of the case was dismissed as the case failed to prove itself destructive
