Further investigation against the accused was an attempt to commit Section 497 (2) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), section 324, that he picked up the complainant (oil massage) from a canteen and accompanied it. Tried to kill. His weapon, but the bullet missed the complainant and he passed through the open window of the car. Accuracy FIR states that the suspect took out his weapon and loaded it, which was possible only when the vehicle was moving too slowly or it was stationary, then the complainant could easily have escaped from the vehicle. But he did not do so at the time the accused was loading his pistol, the complainant could have seized it, which the complainant did not do, given the fact that the complainant was sitting by. The accused could easily find the weapon in the complainant's body without any purpose and make sure it was not missed, but the accused allegedly recalled who alleged that the accused was never tried. It was also revealed that the accused had handed over his arms license to the police for killing the filing records. Such circumstances raised reasonable suspicion and made the matter a further investigation. It was full of suspicions, under which the accused was extended on bail. n
