Section 516 Vehicle Supervision Dispute (Applicant) Claims that Motorcycle was purchased from Leasing Company on payment of installments Police said in connection with the FIR filed by the alleged motorcycle owner, Who claimed that the owner of the same court issued the motorcycle to Superdy's alleged owner. The applicant said that since the FIR in C class was abolished by the magistrate on the recommendation of the police, the motorcycle was to be returned to the accused. There was no case pending in the courts. The alleged owner had said that he had purchased the motorcycle after paying the full premium to the leasing company, which issued the certificate in his favor. The motorcycle was registered in his name. That the FIR against the accused was dealt with because the dispute between the parties was civil and such settlement did not mean that the FIR was wrong. The relevant ownership documents issued by the relevant authorities were in favor of the alleged owner, who allegedly paid the motorcycle in his possession, making his claim and leasing the company on the basis of the alleged receipts in his possession.
