Article 199 Constitution Petition for Civil Service Recruitment Merit List Petitioner applied for vacancy and was placed first on the merit list after interview. After which, the authorities canceled the recruitment process on the grounds that one of the respondents (officer) had placed his son in the merit list using illicit influence, with no responsibility for accuracy. Authorities do not have the authority to allege that the merit list has not been prepared. Or that the current list was a temporary list. All the irregularities were related to the defendant and his son. And the inquiry report stated that the respondent's son, on serial number 2 of the merit list, was not eligible for the post. It was therefore suggested that the recruitment process be canceled and a fresh advertisement was recommended for the post. No irregularities were disclosed in the inquiry process, but instead it was shown that the defendant was in his How his son uses his position to handle the issue and that can be it. In such cases, there should be no arrest of irregularities in such recruitment process, making sure that the arrest of the abusive use of the authority was necessary to ensure that the eligibility of any eligible candidate was not violated. The son cannot and should not be used to cancel the entire process; the right of the petitioner was created in favor of the accused and these allegations had nothing to do with the petitioner as he was neither involved in the matter.
