The aforementioned rules, whereby the criteria for development in the post of Director Wildlife (BS 19) were determined by the selection of qualifications among the Deputy Directors, with 12 years of service in the department in Grade 17 by LD Life Or a seven-year service in grade 18, MCC Zoology or its equivalent qualification petitioner challenged that the notification applicant did not ask for his progress in other employees but that the applicant challenged the modified notification wires.
