The conviction of the accused in delaying the settlement of Article 426 of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Rules 302/109/34, sentencing, joint intention, was that its appeal did not reach its logical conclusion even though it was suspended. For more than two years; that the accused did not assist in delaying his appeal, and that the accused was a former offender and has no history of involvement in such cases as the present case, Therefore, it cannot be deemed a frustrating or harsh criminal appeal. After more than two years, the appeal filed by the accused was not decided and the accused was not liable for such delay. There was no material available to prevent the exception of the bail bond. Available to the accused on a legal basis under Section 262626, the accused's plea for CRPC sentence suspension was accepted and he was released on bail.
