Attempts to commit a Section 498 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 324/148/149 murder, prior to arrest, approval of the benefit of the suspect did not indicate that Medico's legal report did not indicate any injury to the victim's back. The prosecution's prosecution witnesses did not specifically say whether the suspect had suffered any injury to the victim's involvement in the case, therefore, it was suspected, to the benefit of the accused. In the circumstances, no accused should refrain from obtaining a pre-arrest bail exception.
