Section 2 (FB) [as listed in the National Training (Amendment) Ordinance (II of 2002]], 3 (i) and 4 Higher Education Commission Ordinances (LIII of 2002), Offerings and Section 2 (g). The School Development Council Board Diploma, created through national training, is a student's degree obtained from an institution of skill education or vocational training that is accredited by such council or board. The duties of such councils and boards are to promote technical education and vocational skills in partnership with the private sector and to certify skilled workers. For students of various institutions recognized by the Council or the Board, such a Council-issued diploma will be a valid certificate in recognition of the skills they receive and the training they receive from such institutions, which will be followed by the matriculation of such Diploma Higher Education. No need for commission education or training. Education cannot be considered as higher education by such council or board In section 2 (g) of the Higher Education Commission Ordinance, the 2002 Commission had no jurisdiction to intervene in lower education matters.
