The Constitution Request for Constitution of Pakistan, Arts 23, 24 and 199 was allotted to the Land Army Officer who transferred the land to a respondent after obtaining an objection certificate, after which the respondent Land sold to predecessors. In the interest of the applicants, the Border Area Committee canceled the land allotment in favor of the said respondents, saying that the Border Area Committee action was taken by the applicants but canceled the authenticity allotment in the name of the original allottee. Could have been exchanged once more, and that too by obtaining an objection certificate from the General Headquarters or Border Area Committee through the original headquarters, then the option to cancel the land by the name of transfer. Will not be in the Border Area options. The committee was not obliged to ultimately cancel the allotment unless the allottee had a reasonable opportunity to explain such conduct. Under the "No Objection Certificate" issued by the Border Area Committee or the General Headquarters, the original Altavar was allowed to transfer his property, then in the case of transfer to another person, the terms and conditions which the original Allottee Will apply to This will be terminated and as a result the buyer will be considered a free citizen of Pakistan and will be free to dispose of his acquired land in any way which he deems fit and he is not obliged to observe these terms further.
