MUHAMMAD JAVAID versus ADDITIONAL SESSIONS JUDGE

Sections 22A, 22B and 154 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Arts 189, 190 and 1991, the registration of a case of constitutional petition has challenged the order of justice of the applicant's former officer, under which Section HO of Section 154, CRPC Action has been directed under which the partial probe comment is expressed. The officer that the allegations were false was not taken into account by the Justice Department where the information revealed a credible crime, the Department HO was obliged to file the FIR without correcting the information.
