Sections 435 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Articles 419, 420, 468 and 471 of the Crimes (Special Courts) Ordinance (IX of 1984), section 4 of fraud, fraud and fraudulent filing by fraud. Using as Restoration Section 9439, the High Court and Session Court jurisdiction over the High Court and Sessions Court scope under CRPC were the High Court and Sessions Court, while exercising such powers under Sections 3535 & 9439.
