RAJA HABIB-UR-REHMAN versus MALIK ASAD MEHMOOD KHOKHAR
Two courts below the suit for recovery of links to Section 100 and O VII, R 2 Second Appeal Scope, claimed for collection of money. The plaintiff alleged that despite payment of the amount, the defendant did not supply the goods in accordance with the contract, with which the judgment was pronounced in the case filed by the plaintiff. In addition to the trial court below the justification by the two courts, the lower appellate court identified some material contradictions and contradictions in the evidence presented by the defendant, which breaks the authenticity of its witnesses. The plaintiff failed to furnish any receipt or any other document to establish the supply of goods to and the courts were not subject to any legal weakness or illegality under the decree passed by the two and the grounds stated in section 100 CPC None of them were to challenge the judgment and decision passed by the lower appellate court. The appeal was dismissed in these circumstances for the defendant
