The plaintiff sought the termination of the General Power of Attorney and Registered Sail Deed in the 1980s due to the unexpected, void and fraudulent result of the dismissal of the Section 39 document, the trial trial court and the lower appellate The court simultaneously ruled and appealed in favor of the plaintiff's evidence. Defendant was not properly appreciated by the trial court by both of the following courts. Some of the cases were not compiled by the trial court and the defendant did not at any stage establish additional cases. The petition was not filed but most of the important aspects of the case were not considered.
