MUHAMMAD ABBAS versus STATE

Section 497 (2) Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 392/411 robbery guarantee, further investigation grant accused allegedly robbed a fertilizer company warehouse with his accomplices and seized 231 bags of urea fertilizer, a 8000 rupees, a mobile phone and the complainant's wrist watch were not given the details of the accused in the FIR.
