DEFENCE HOUSING AUTHORITY, LAHORE versus RIAZ AKHTAR

The Impact suit was ruled by the trial court for non-essential possession of section 8 suit under 9 Special Relief Act (I of 1877). The plaintiff has stated on the trial court's order that the case was non-participation of the parties. Not worth it. The trial was held by the court without implementing the required parties as was inquired into by the defendant's lists, and the plaintiff's High Court without the reason for such a prescribed order of trial. The trial order and the decree were set aside. The court lodged a case and obtained remand in the trial court, which directed that the required parties be served and that the decision was made after a new appeal.
