Section 19 (7) Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), A XXI, R 90 and Section 47 Sale of property To sell a property / court auctioneer, to exclude auction due to alleged irregularities and fraud by bank staff. The petition / object petition and auction buyer said that the request / object request was dismissed by the banking court and the order of the banking court was properly secured by the appellant, which was decided by Decree Holder Bank in 2008. And was reduced after a period of one year. It was a mischievous act of the banker holding the decree, in which the auction proceedings showed promise in the minds of the auctioneer and auction buyer, and they both already knew what bid would be finalized and What would be a fourth bid amount, and the amount of money already in the form of a prepaid order that the auction buyer had, which was naturally prepared before the auction buyer's participation in the bidder order auction process? The individuals were seen, and the appellant was deprived of the actual value of his property while the banking court made the sale. This price was easily overlooked by the fact that a year ago the decree holder bank had set the value of the property much higher than that, the property was to be auctioned and the objections raised by the appellant in this regard. Was not considered to be a suitable person. The sale of nerve and thus defective operations should not have been confirmed, if prices were not reduced, if due to fraud and material misconduct.
