Of Mohammad Amar Rathore v. Federation of Pakistan Declared Unconstitutional (2009 CLD 257) by the Full Bench of the Lahore High Court (2009 CLD 257) The decision of the Full Bench was a declaration and consequently work was done at the RIM Bank. Under section 15 of the ordinance, the sale of mortgaged property was declared illegal. And the present declaration was made in person and did not damage the bank's right to recover through legal proceedings by filing a restitution case before a competent banking court's constitutional application.
