Sections 9 and 5 (3) of the National Database and Registration Authority (NIC) Rules 2002, R13 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional petition on the basis of correction on the National Identity Card issued by Nadra Petitioner on his national identity. The card correction requested that his father's name be entered incorrectly. Nadra (respondent) refused to make necessary corrections to change his father's name. A court order was necessary to support such a dispute, NADRA, relying on its registration policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The accuracy error was clearly a typographic error that required the national database to be maintained by NADRA, and every citizen was required to register and to enforce such registration, every citizen issued a national identification card. The National Identity Card (CNIC) was a legal document for citizen identification, and its release meant that the information contained in it was accurate and accurate, not correcting the error in its database. I was going against the spirit of the ordinance, in fact, at CNIC and not doing my basic job and in my own database. Was making a mistake, thus the purpose of the National Identity Card was to ignore NADRA. Was obliged to maintain a valid database and was required to print the correct information on CNIC and to correct any errors in its database or CNIC.
