Section 497 Control of Narcotic Substances (XXV of 1997), Sections 6, 9 (c) and 15 Controlling Drugs (Controlling Abuse Drugs, Controlled Chemicals, Instruments and Equipment) Rules, 2001, Schedule V Capturing of narcotics, aid, iftar or association bulls in drug offenses, was stopped at an outpost denial of ephedrine as a controlled substance of the accused and 25kg from their possession after their search. Gram-controlled substance, ephedrine, was recovered, which the accused arrested. The accused were carrying goods without any license / permission. It was that he was arrested on a conspiracy by the owner of a pharmaceutical company, who supplied the vehicle with a controlled substance and a controlled substance, and later notified the Anti-Narcotics Force officials. That the accused had some business dealings with the said owner of the pharmaceutical company and that he had included the accused in this case to relieve him of his responsibility. Anti-Narcotics Force officials investigated the matter and found power in the meeting of the accused. That the Police Investigating Officer found the convictions of the accused to be disqualified and placed them in column 173 of the report submitted under section 173, CR PC. That the accused did not need further investigation, and that their involvement in the case could be considered only after recording evidence. Accuracy was a controlled substance under Schedule V of Ephedrine Narcotic Substances Control (Drug Abuse, Control) Chemicals, Instruments and Materials (Rollins, 2001). Therefore, their control is clearly out of control.
