WAJID AMAN versus STATE

Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 489F shamelessly issuing a check bail, denying the alleged offense, although Section 497 did not fall under the prohibited clause of the CR PC, but the accused issued a check and cheated the complainant. Had committed yogurt that had been boiling. Due to insufficient balance, the accused had earlier committed such a crime and said that the FIR against him had supported the charge. The nature of the accused's conduct and the nature of the offense in similar cases; he was not entitled to the privileges of bail. The bail application was dismissed.
