Section 14, 17, 21 and 30 of the Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Article 158 Award, set aside the objections to the request of the Observer who filed more than 30 days, saying that the Arbitration Act, Section 14 of 1940 ( 2) No notice was found on them. The court, with the consent of both parties, presented the dispute to the arbitrator, the objector participated regularly in the arbitration proceedings; in the presence of both parties, the award was presented to the court, as regards the filing of the award. The objectioner was not required to issue a notice. The objectifier was merely a technical field with no power in such a situation
