Sections 111 and 126 of the Balochistan Local Government Ordinance (XVIII of 2001), section 124 (1) constitution of Pakistan, Arts 23, 24 and 1991 constitute a new bus terminal for the construction of the old bus stand together with the land and additional land. To build a shopping complex. , (3) the floor is partially covered by shops, (4) the first floor is covered by the office, (5) the second floor is completely covered by the offices, and (6) the third floor with the restaurant's petitioners. The request was to build a multi-storeyed building on such land. Leaving only a small portion of the area built for the proposed bus terminal use by the municipality would be the same as changing the status of utilizing such land facilities. And there was only a small hollow space for the entry and exit of buses, with no ventilation for the smoke generated by the buses, and for the passage of shops and buildings in which the proposed bus terminal was built. Leaving such a small portion would be equivalent to changing the convenience of the Old Bus Stand. There cannot be any denial of transforming public land into private use and transmitting private persons by private workers to transcend the public interest that public lands designed for public land become public lands.
