Sections 22A, 435, 439 and 561A Component (Defendants) filed a petition against the accused (applicant) under Section 22A, CCPC, alleging that the latter seized their land mines. Referring to the FIR against the Mines and Minerals Authority accused of trying to evict the complainant illegally, the Tehsildar has shown that the accused have no anticipated license or mining lease from the authority. And the complainant was working illegally in the area granted by the Justice of the Peace under Section 22A, CRPC, which Mr. Bunny / administrative nature and the accused can not challenge the application under Section 435 and 439, CR PC the people, but the same can be challenged under Article 561.
