SUO MOTU CASE NO. 6 OF 2010 versus (SUO MOTU ACTION REGARDING PAYMENT OF PRESCRIBED MINIMUM WAGES TO THE SECURITY GUARDS WORKING IN PTC

Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan, Arts 9 & 184 Minimum Wages @ Rs.7000 per month for unskilled laborers / laborers, such wages apply to private and public organizations in Islamabad Capital Territory and other provinces. Will apply to all entities that fall within the scope. Labor wage security guards organized by security agencies operating in Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation Limited are required to receive such wages.
