Section 302 Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 6 Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), Section 1773 Territorial jurisdiction exchange of four suspects with a pistol, one with a knife and the rest. The assailant with sticks attacked the complaining party which resulted in the death of one person and injured a person and was transferred to the Special Anti-Terrorism Court for trial. After the legal proceedings, the accused and the police were not charged with any motive in the FIR. Sessions, assigned by the Additional Sessions Judge, who transferred it to a special court established under the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997, directed the Supreme Court to transfer the record of the case to the trial court and approved by the High Court. The decision should be set aside.
