An intra-court appeal was filed before the Division Bench, dismissed on 22 9 2011, as not applicable, the petitioner filed a special limitation before the High Court with the Division Bench of the Legislature. Section 14 of the Act sought to exclude time spent from appealing them or dismissing the application. Exclude time spent in prosecuting an appeal before an invalid forum with jurisdiction, for filing an appeal for appeal to the Supreme Court, for the purpose of filing an appeal before the jurisdiction forum. Instead, within the time, it was filed on 27 10 2011 and did not give any commendable explanation for not filing the same within a reasonable time after the intra-court appeals were dismissed.
