PAKISTAN STATE OIL COMPANY LIMITED versus COLLECTOR OF CUSTOMS, EXCISE AND SALES TAX

Section 32 and 106 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3) false declaration of duty-free provisions and stores under section 106 of the Petroleum Products Customs Act, 1969, under notice of supply of such products by the Company from the Pak Navy Section 32 of the Customs Act, 1969 issued a standalone practice issued on such supply to the company to avoid customs duty under which the payment of customs duty to the oil supply was exempted.
