MUHAMMAD SARFRAZ versus STATE

Under section 302 (b) and 310 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), Sections 342 and 345 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 185 (3), the arrest of the accused for the determination of the accused under section 342, against the PCPF. The appeal was leave. The apex court passed to consider whether the trial court pronounced the death sentence and the High Court upheld the agreement signed by two legal heirs and on the date of the incident, the accused was 18 years old. Was younger because his statement was recorded by the trial court under section 342, CCPC and claimed to be 19 years old.
