Section 5 Suit for the recovery of dowry articles and the increase in maintenance allowance for minors The principle dispute was about the automatic increase in rehabilitation of minors and articles of dowry in the form of financial statistics of minors. Wants to direct evidence, including sensitive pricing. The Index (SPI) will persuade the Family Court to approve the annual increase according to such figures. There is no fact that the Supreme Court has given the High Court and the Supreme Court the justification for such an annual increase. Rejected decisions and orders passed by the Lower Appellate Court and remanded the case. The Family Court was allowed to appeal specific issues pertaining to dowry articles, as well as directing the increase in care provided to minors and to decide the matter after recording evidence.
