PRESIDENT, BALOCHISTAN HIGH COURT BAR ASSOCIATION versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN

Article 10 (18) (3) of the Constitution for the Recovery of Missing Persons in the Arms 10 and 184 (3) of the Safe Guards Province. The agency did not have the power to detain such persons, they were arrested in a special case and without obtaining their remand from the court law, the Supreme Court granted the police officer three persons freely in court. Instructed them to take them home safely so that they did not face any difficulties.
