About 2/2 months after the objection to the report submitted by the arbitrator with a fixed period of 30 days, the plaintiffs filed their objection to the said report and the Court of Prayer rejected the objection to keep the award separate. After the overdue period was filed and in the case of the award presented by the arbitrator, the decree was passed which affected the decision and order of the trial. The plaintiff filed an appeal in the High Court. Order and order of the trial court to ascertain the overpayment, and the remaining judgment and decree before the Supreme Court. After the dismissal of the plaintiff, the appeal was retained. In the presence of counsel for the parties, the written notice was not required by law. The plaintiff failed to identify any wrongdoing in the decision under the judgment; no case was brought up for review in the circumstances.
