A separate list has been handed over to them. It said that the list was the only list on which the decree could be granted, and in such cases the Family Court was not justified in approving the decision based on the list presented by the wife to the court. The wife confessed that the alleged list of articles by her husband was not disclosed on the record, and thus the Family Court had no option to submit it through the Family Court. Dismisses the list of articles of dowry that properly approved this decision. The constitutional request certified by the appellate court was rejected in the circumstances.
