Section 8 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 203D Divorce Assignment Husband assigns the power of divorce to his wife and entrusts the integration of Islam. May, in whole or in part, either for a specific period or permanently, section 8 of the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, 1961; Originally provided for this type of divorce, known as the divorced assignee, who was given so much power, then other scholars from Jurisprudence of Jurisprudence, All other Muslim jurists of thought agreed to the divorce assignment, though the Shariah application was dismissed accordingly with slight modifications to its procedure.
