Articles 403 and 154 of the Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Articles 406/420/468/471 of the General Clause Act (X of 1897), Section 26 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 of the two FIRs abolishing the FIR of the Constitution Receiving more than the same case and similar charges alleges that the accused / applicant allegedly defrauded the complainant in connection with the transfer of property. The PPC, on the same issue, was, therefore, in breach of section 403, CrPC and section 26 of the General Clause Act, 1897, in the present FIR, and the contents of the existing FIR justification and preceding it. It was reported that both forms of FI came out of the same. No person / authority can be allowed to reduce the freedom of any person on the basis of the same allegations. Examples of abuse of powers and the abuse of law enforcement from the existing FIR discretion are constitutional petitions allowed and existing FIRs are dismissed.
