Section 497 (2) Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 324, 148 and 149 of Qatal-e-Imd, murder of Ummah and aggravated assault with deadly weapons, further investigation of medical ground case. The suspect was picked up because he was physically disabled and could not use firearms. The medical board confirmed that his right hand was completely amputated while his left hand was amputated. Bad and charged with doing bad things. There was a disabled and vulnerable person who was unable to fire with any weapon. Usually, the firing charges were leveled against all the nominees for their injuries. The accused was charged with firing from a pistol 30 bore but no crime was deposited on the spot of complaint or no such weapon was recovered. The complainant also filed an affidavit. The accused was given a clean chit in which the documents were stable. l The defendant's case in his possession was within the scope of section 497 (2); the CCP qualified him for bail, in which case bail was allowed.
