Was given and replaced by the organizers of the Sindh Local Government. (Fifth Amendment) Act, 2010, which was illegally using municipal funds that could only be used after approval by the respective local councils. The establishment of the municipal system and the authority to elect representatives of the local elections in the political, administrative and financial responsibility and administration of the local body was appointed in part, year in year, and the provincial government was obliged to make it Sindh Local. Section 159 of the Government Ordinance 2001 will meet the requirements of Articles 32 and 140A of the Constitution after the holding of new local elections, when the elections become provincial. The Government violated the provisions of Articles 2, 2A, 8, 32 and 140A of the Constitution, Sections 150 (4) and 159 of the Sindh Local Government Ordinance 2001 and the rules made thereunder also violated the basic rights of the people. The basic rights / voting / fundamental rights of the people of Pakistan guaranteed to vote by constitution and to elect their own representatives, by any form of legislation or action, they cannot be taken away by any means, High court directs provincial government to not break ground
