‑This petition for special leave to appeal raises a number of questions as to the interpretation of some of the provisions of the Pakistan (Administration of Evacuee Property) Ordinance, 1949, of the Displaced Persons (Compensa tion and Rehabilitation) Act, 1958, and also of the Companies Act, which are of general public importance. We grant leave to appeal as prayed. Security‑Rs. 1,000.
We further direct that the respondent, Mian Mahmood Saleem, shall furnish security to the satisfaction of the Chief Settlement Commissioner with respect to 2000 shares, which are claimed by the petitioner in the disputed Mill, within a month.
Leave granted.
