MUHAMMAD RAMZAN versus MUHAMMAD AKBAR BHATTI

A. XXIII, R 3 and Section 12 (2) suit for declaration of title on the basis of agreement without adding one or more of the defendants under the defendant / applicant in the case. Has tried to disassociate the agreement under the Agreement. There was no party to the settlement but rather the party in the case of justification when the recognized position was that the defendant / applicant was not a party to the settlement request, it would be appropriate to hold the decision of the settlement against the defendant / applicant. Would be appropriate. According to the law against the defendant / applicant and the area in which the defendant / applicant was in possession, shall not form part of the order of the agreement between the other parties.
