Article 9489F dishonesty issuing dishonesty on trial for dishonest presentation of evidence Testimony The trial court sentenced the accused to 2/2 years imprisonment and ordered him to pay Rs 50,000 compensation. The appellate court found the offense registered by the trial court but the conviction was reduced to two years in prison. This resulted in an agreement between the parties in which the accused had to either supply the goods or return the money, evidence on record shows that the checks have been issued by the accused, who did not enter the bank. No arrangements have been made in the past with the bank not respecting this question. There was a mistake in dishonoring the check, the accused was acquitted in connection with the commission's request for a review of the alleged crime completely involved in the prosecution witnesses \ r \ n \ r \ n
