The accused submitted a petition under Section 23 of the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 to be transferred to a common court before the Anti-Terrorism Court. He was dismissed on the grounds that it was not necessary for the police party to suffer injuries during the incident, but it was enough that he was frightened of performing his public duties and from performing his legal duties. Was avoided. The police party refrained from performing their official duties. The Act, which was recovered from the vacant site of the automatic weapons used by the suspects, clearly demonstrated intense violence against the members of the police force and terrorized the area. The offense was clearly found under Section 6 (n) of the Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. The Anti-Terrorism Court rightly rejected the request of the accused to transfer the case. Were excluded accordingly
