The remand proceedings for the acquisition of Sections 9 and 10 Suite Bank Loans and non-compliance of the banking court's order were set aside by the High Court and the plaintiff's bank has been directed to file a complete statement of the accounts bank. , Failed to file a full statement of action accounts in post-remand as the directive contained in the effective judgment under the High Court order was not processed in letter and spirit and the plaintiff bank legally submitted no evidence , Therefore, this was a case with no evidence that the plaintiffs were required to submit their evidence to the bank. Shakeel was provided with ample opportunity to prove his claim but failed to take advantage of that opportunity, therefore, the plaintiff bank was not entitled to any relaxation The plaintiff bank failed to establish its claim with any evidence. Therefore, the judgment and decree by the banking court, was not sustainable in favor of the bank and was rejected which allowed the appeal.
