VII, R 11 West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967) Section 172 The exclusion of the plaintiff from the jurisdiction of the Civil Court was dismissed by the trial court on the ground that the West Pakistan Land Revenue in this case. The ban was imposed under section 172 of the Act. The trial court created the 1967 legal cases, which included legal matters, however, and it adopted a shortcut approach to the extent that the plaintiff was dismissed without notice when the matter was settled for such hearing. Was not scheduled and no application was filed or pending. The question of jurisdiction may be raised before the trial court's settlement, but cannot be dealt with by the trial court in this way, the legal issues raised by the trial court can be mixed questions of law and fact. Those are yet to be investigated. The trial-by-trial record of material-based litigation was not sustainable by law and the court orders were set down below, allowing for revision in the circumstances.
