Section 3 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Order of Preparation of Documents by the XI, Rr 14 and 21 High Court, compliance with such order cannot be taken to have any negative implication nor can XI, R21, Results can be provided under CPC. Disapproval of such order to exclude from the order of discovery of documents shall apply. Courts order and implement it not to create a negative pattern only if the compliance order is approved, however, it will be implemented / complied with until It should not be set aside, reviewed or repatriated, otherwise it would be impossible for the useless and meaningless administration to do justice. Complying with such order, otherwise it will be strictly prosecuted
