ABDUL SATTAR versus STATE
Section 497 of the Code of Conduct (XLV of 1860), section 392 bail, was not shown to play any special role against the accused, except that he was standing in the complainant's house while the incident took place. It was thought that during the investigation he was not able to recover any information from the accused in connection with the incident, no identification parade was organized to prevent false implications. All the factors went in favor of the accused and he had raised doubts that the accused was allowed to be extended on bail, under the circumstances.
