Section 8 (1) was granted by the appellate court to determine the application for determination of fair rent, the landlord's fair rent, however, as of the date on which it would be determined that the settlement would be effective. It was reported that the landlord had a dispute that the rental institution should be settled on the date of the rent issue. Implementation of the fair rent was required from the date of application but to set a date other than the date of application, the rent controller had to specify the reasons with which the High Court remanded the remanded matter to the rental controller.
