It was stated that because of the illness, his lawyer did not appear in the case and he had the impression that the matter was being dealt with properly. The plaintiff requested that his non-submission and his advice be given. Out-of-control circumstances result in the plaintiff also claiming that the defendant had been discharged before the defendant was issued a summons and it could have been. The justification of the cause shown by the defendant by the plaintiff was reasonable and the High Court, on the ground of showing reasonable cause, reversed the dismissal order and restored the circumstances.
