ASHIQUE SOLANGI versus STATE
Sections 452, 337H (2), 506 (2) and 148 Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), Section 345, were compromised by the parties outside the court in the case in which some of the offenses were enforceable while others were compounded. Were not important if they were. The offense was permissible and the parties had to compromise, then minor offenses should not be compromised as it was not compromised by the parties outside the court under this Act, especially keeping the accused guilty. When the complainant did not want to pursue his case further, the accused was acquitted for compromising the circumstances.
