ZULQARNAIN versus CUSTODIAN EVACUEE PROPERTY, AJ&K, MUZAFFARABAD
Section A 43 Demarcation Act (190 IX of 19088), Section 14 Amendment Request Limit When the vacant property deed declares any property to be vacant, the only treatment available to the parties is within the stipulated period. A review petition was to be filed before the High Court, but the applicant did not do any necessary work which did not show any plausible explanation in the petition under section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1908, as well as the amendment petition. There was no reasonable basis for why the applicants filed the delayed review. In order to remove the applicants from time to time, the applicants were required to file a review petition immediately before the High Court under the relevant provisions of the law, but the requirement was not submitted by them, the applicants themselves completed it. Neglect was taking place, taking advantage of reasonably appropriate treatment. Applicants' case was not a timely matter, but a revision petition was announced. Time was stopped and dismissed.
