Sections 18A, 18B and 43 (6) of the Section 18A&B (Secretary of Equity Property) Act, 1957, the powers of review of the IWEK Property Scopadine available to the defendants can be exercised only when ownership rights are provided. But later such powers were not available except under the limitation of the powers conferred under the Sections 43 (6) (Administration of Homeland Property) Act, 1957, while the general powers of the guardian were available under the Act. Sections 18A and 18B were banned from being used while granting proprietary rights to the Pakistan (Security of Evidential Property) Act. The provisions of section 43 (6) of 1957 were wisely placed on the book of the constitution so that the custodian can review his earlier orders or his predecessor orders if the powers under section 43 (6) of the Justice and Law Demand, regardless of its limits
