Section 426 of the Control of Narcotic Material Stances Act (XXV of 1997), Section 9 (c) sentencing the applicant / accused was sentenced to only life imprisonment, which had a shorter sentence, to appeal in the near future of Section 382B. Possibly, the CR PC was also punished the applicant and the sentence given to the applicant was suspended till the final decision of his appeal.
